Pew Pew Tactical’s SIG P365 Fuse Review: Is a 4.3-Inch Slide Still a Carry Gun?

Is a 4.3-inch P365 still a carry gun, or did SIG just bolt a duty slide onto a micro and hope the name would sell it? Pew Pew Tactical put the P365-FUSE on the range to find out.

The short version of what they cover: this is SIG’s longest P365 slide on the thin LXG grip — 4.3-inch barrel, optic-ready, nickel flat-faced trigger, removable magwell, and the 21-round magazines that ship in the box. They treat the irons as serviceable, not special, and they are honest that painting the trigger a different color does not change how a P365 breaks. Accuracy work used AAC 115, Blazer 115, Magtech 124, Staccato 124, and SIG 124-grain V-Crown. Groups stayed tight, most well under an inch from the bench, which they credit to the extra barrel more than magic. When they ran it from the holster with the 21-rounders, they picked up a failure to feed. That is the useful part of the video: the Fuse shoots like a longer 365, not like a new action, and the big magazines are the first place it can get picky.

Here’s our take. Buy this if you already liked the 365 and wanted more sight radius and more fingers on the grip without jumping to a P320. Do not buy it if you wanted a different trigger or a duty gun that swallows every magazine you stuff in it. Pew Pew Tactical is right that the hybrid question is the whole product. A 4.3-inch slide conceals like an open-bottom 365 holster or it does not. Watch the feed hitch on the 21-round mag before you treat the Fuse as a set-and-forget carry gun.
