Who this is for

You already own a hard case — Pelican-style or otherwise — or you are about to buy one and want foam that matches your guns, not a generic tray. Optics stay indexed. Magazines stop rattling. The case closes without crushing a suppressor or an optic hood you forgot to leave room for.

If you only need a soft range bag and no profile-cut insert, this service is not the fit. If you want the foam cut to a real layout, it is.

Foam inserts vs pick-and-pluck

Pick-and-pluck cubes get a gun in a box. Profile-cut foam locks a fixed kit — rifle, optic, mags, light — so nothing rolls when the case does. If you already know what rides in the case, laser-cut inserts beat tearing cubes every time you change a grip or add a can.

You keep the hard case you already trust. We cut the foam around the gear that actually leaves with you. That is the opposite of a one-size tray that almost fits three different pistols and none of them well.

What Wulfy’s cuts

Custom profile-cut foam, fitted to your case and your gear — same shop story as About: bring your own case (or one you’ve already ordered), and we cut inserts that fit what you own without pretending we stock every hard-case brand on a shelf.

We are an online FFL — no walk-in counter. Foam is a fabrication job, not a showroom of pre-cut Pelican trays waiting by the door. If your kit is long-gun heavy, say so up front; if it is a pistol-and-mags nest, say that too. The cut follows the list you send, not a catalog fantasy.

• the gear that has to nest — guns, optics, mags, the real kit, not a wish list
• any photos or a rough layout you already trust

We will tell you what else we need before we cut. Exact intake steps can change as the shop tools change — ask once rather than guessing from an old screenshot. Phone case capture is coming; it is not how you place a foam order today.
