Welcome to Wulfy’s Armory. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wulfysarmory.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We sell firearms, optics, accessories, NFA items, and related services (including custom laser work and foam case inserts) subject to federal, state, and local law.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to purchase the products you order under applicable federal and state law. Our site is intended for adults. By ordering a firearm or NFA item, you confirm that you are not prohibited from possessing firearms and that you will complete all required paperwork and background checks through a licensed dealer where applicable.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to keep product titles, specs, photos, and pricing accurate. Catalog data can change, and manufacturers update configurations. If something on a listing looks off, contact us before you order — a person here will check it. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel orders placed under obvious pricing or listing mistakes, and update availability as inventory moves.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your receipt. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, compliance, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or incomplete FFL/NFA information. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

Firearms, ammo, and FFL transfers

Any complete firearm ordered through this site must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, per federal law. At checkout you provide the FFL you want the firearm shipped to. Your receiving dealer runs the required background check (ATF Form 4473) before releasing the firearm to you. We do not ship complete firearms to residential addresses.

You are responsible for confirming that your chosen FFL will accept the transfer, for any transfer fees your dealer charges, and for completing the in-person paperwork. If your FFL refuses the shipment or you cannot complete the transfer, contact us promptly so we can discuss next steps — firearm returns and re-ships must follow legal transfer rules (see our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy).

NFA items

Suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA) items are regulated by the ATF. Transfer typically requires an approved ATF Form 4 and payment of the applicable tax stamp before the item can be released to you. NFA items must ship to an FFL that also holds a valid Special Occupational Tax (SOT) license. See our NFA Transfers page for how transfers work when Wulfy’s Armory is your receiving FFL/SOT, or contact us before you order if you have questions.

Accessories and non-firearm items

Optics, parts, magazines, cases, and most other non-firearm accessories generally ship to the shipping address you provide at checkout, subject to carrier rules and any product-specific restrictions noted on the listing. Some items (for example, certain ammunition or restricted accessories) may have additional shipping or ID requirements — we will follow the law and the product’s shipping rules.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until your order is accepted. Applicable sales tax and shipping/handling charges are calculated at checkout where required. We accept credit and debit cards, as well as eCheck, processed securely through Authorize.net. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Accounts and site use

If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the store, interfering with checkout, or using the site for unlawful purchases. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product photography we create, and related materials belong to Wulfy’s Armory or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wulfy’s Armory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or willful misconduct).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wulfy’s Armory from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful purchase or use of products, to the extent permitted by law.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal firearms law controls. Courts located in Indiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your orders, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits and orders.
