This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Wulfy’s Armory. Firearms and NFA items follow federal transfer rules — this page is written for that reality, not a generic “mail it back to the warehouse” template.

Contact us before you ship anything back. Include your order number, what you received, and what’s wrong (wrong item, damage in transit, defect, or change of mind where eligible). A person here will tell you whether a return is possible and how to send it — including FFL-to-FFL instructions when a firearm is involved.
Do not ship firearms, ammunition, or NFA items to a residential address or “back to the manufacturer” unless we specifically instruct you in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Accessories and non-firearm items
For optics, parts, magazines, cases, and most other non-firearm accessories:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return request.
- Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective/damaged because of our error or a verified carrier issue we approve in advance.
- Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless we made an error.
Opened electronics, mounted optics, installed parts, special-order items, custom laser work, custom foam inserts, and clearance/final-sale items marked as such are typically not returnable unless defective. If you’re unsure, ask before opening or installing.
Complete firearms
Complete firearms cannot be returned by mailing them to a home address. Any return or exchange must move through licensed FFL dealers under federal law, the same way the outbound transfer did.
- Contact us first. We will confirm whether a return is eligible and which FFL path to use.
- Change-of-mind returns on firearms are limited and may be declined after the transfer is complete — especially once you have taken possession after Form 4473. If something is wrong with the firearm as delivered (damage, wrong model, DOA defect), tell us immediately so we can work the issue with you and the receiving FFL.
- Unfired / unaltered condition and original packaging matter when a return is approved.
- Your receiving FFL’s transfer fees are between you and that dealer and are usually not refundable by us.
- Restocking or return shipping between FFLs may apply when a return is approved for non-defect reasons; we will disclose that before you authorize the return shipment.
NFA items
NFA items (suppressors and other Title II firearms) involve ATF Form 4 / tax stamp processes and SOT dealers. Once an NFA transfer is in process or approved, returns are highly constrained by federal rules. Contact us before ordering if you need clarity, and contact us immediately if a listing or shipment error occurs. Do not attempt an informal return outside licensed channels. See NFA Transfers for how receiving transfers work at our shop.
Ammunition
Ammunition returns are generally not accepted once shipped, except for verified shipment error or unsafe/defective product we authorize in writing. State and carrier rules may also limit return shipping.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and your order number. We will work on a replacement, repair path, store credit, or refund as appropriate after we confirm the issue. Manufacturer warranty may apply to some optics and parts after delivery — we’ll help point you in the right direction when that’s the faster fix.
Refunds
When a return is approved and received (and inspected, for physical returns), we notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on Authorize.net / your card issuer or bank — often several business days after we process the refund on our side.
If you believe a refund is late: check your statement again, then your card issuer or bank (posting delays are common), then contact us at preston@wulfysarmory.com with your order number.
Partial refunds may apply when items are returned incomplete, used beyond inspection, or outside the condition requirements we approved.
Exchanges
We don’t run a wide open exchange catalog. If an item is defective or we shipped the wrong one, we’ll prioritize making it right (replacement of the same item when stock allows, or refund). For firearms, any exchange still requires a lawful FFL transfer path.
Cancelled orders
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before the order ships. Once a firearm or NFA shipment is in motion or a Form 4 is filed, cancellation options narrow — we’ll tell you honestly where things stand.
