Generic push‑button QD swivels dump a sling when the button snags kit. Magpul's QDM (MAG543) is a Melonite‑finished steel swivel with dual side‑release tabs so it takes two deliberate presses, a bale shaped to keep 1.25‑inch webbing from rolling, and a fit for standard QD cups. About 0.7 ounces. This is the swivel Magpul puts on MS1 QDM and MS4 QDM slings. Made in the USA.
