Magpul | PMAG D-60 Gen M3 | 223 Rem | 5.56 NATO | Black

Drum magazines have a reputation for being heavy, finicky, and a pain to load. Magpul's PMAG D‑60 (MAG576) is a 60‑round 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington polymer drum that uses GEN M3 internals, a ratcheting loading lever, and a body Magpul designed to stay loaded for long periods without going dead. It is about 20.5 oz empty and Magpul kept the height closer to a 30‑round PMAG than older drums, so it is less of a brick under the gun. A rear window shows remaining rounds. It is still a drum: bulkier than a stick mag, and you will notice it on a belt or in a pouch. For capacity on an AR without a belt feed, this is Magpul's own answer. Made in the USA.
