Steel AK magazines dent and rust. Magpul's PMAG 30 AK/AKM GEN M3 (MAG573) is a 30‑round 7.62x39 polymer mag with a stainless‑steel rear locking lug and a reinforced front lug and spine, because those are the parts that break on cheap plastic AK mags. Constant‑curve geometry, anti‑tilt follower, stainless spring, flared floorplate. Magpul lists it for AK‑47, AKM, AKS, SIG556R, and other Kalashnikov‑pattern rifles. It also counts as three 922(r) compliance parts. Made in the USA.
