Ruger | American Rifle Magazine | 450 Bushmaster | Black

Ruger's American Rifle rotary magazine uses a sprocket‑and‑torsion‑spring mechanism -- the same rotary design Ruger has refined since the original Model 77 -- to separate and feed each round cleanly rather than stacking them in a straight column. Lightweight black polymer construction sits flush with the stock rather than protruding below it, and capacity is matched to caliber: 5 rounds for short‑action chamberings like .223/5.56 and .300 BLK, 4 rounds for long‑action .30‑06 and .270 Win. The exact factory magazine the American Rifle's stock and feeding geometry were actually designed around.
