An ergonomic, finger‑grooved base makes it easier to strip the magazine from the gun in a real reload, not just add capacity, and a Torx‑head retention screw keeps it locked to the magazine's baseplate through recoil. Built to the same engineering standard Warne applies to mounts that have to hold zero under recoil -⁠- just applied here to holding a few extra rounds securely instead.
