Dead Air's Ghost piston is machined from 17‑4 PH stainless steel with a black salt‑bath nitride finish that genuinely reduces friction and extends O‑ring life inside the suppressor's booster assembly, letting a pistol‑caliber host cycle reliably in semi‑auto. Pistons are interchangeable across host weapons and calibers -⁠- a genuine advantage over a fixed‑thread suppressor when you're running the Ghost‑M across multiple guns -⁠- available in 1/2x28, .578x28, M13.5x1 LH, and M16x1 LH thread patterns. Note the Ghost‑M doesn't ship with a piston included, so this is the actual part that makes the can cycle your specific host correctly.
