The Ruger 10/22 250th Anniversary (11030) is Ruger’s original 10/22 Carbine design, made to mark America’s 250th Anniversary. Ruger engraves the receiver with “Made in the 250th Year of American Liberty.” It has a hardwood stock and an 18.5 inch cold hammer‑forged alloy steel barrel in satin black, fed by a 10‑round detachable rotary magazine. You get a gold bead front sight, an adjustable rear sight and a cross‑bolt manual safety, and Ruger includes a combination scope base adapter for Weaver‑style and .22 tip‑off mounts. It’s 37 inches long with a 13.5 inch length of pull and weighs 5 pounds. Ruger notes that stock color and pattern can vary from the photos. A rimfire carbine, not a charger pistol and not an SBR.
