The M77 Hawkeye Alaskan Bush Rifle is built around a Mauser 98‑derived controlled‑round‑feed action -- widely considered one of the most dependable rifle actions ever made -- with a large claw extractor and fixed‑blade ejector that positively ejects every case. A 20‑inch, cold hammer‑forged stainless barrel and shallow express‑style sights (windage‑adjustable V‑notch rear, white bead front) are built for the fast, close‑range shots dangerous game actually presents, and a three‑position safety locks the trigger and bolt independently for real, deliberate control. Chambered in serious calibers like .375 Ruger, 9.3x62mm, and 35 Whelen -- a rifle purpose‑built for the specific demands of Alaskan brown bear and other dangerous‑game hunting.
