The Mark IV's internal cylindrical bolt keeps the sights permanently aligned to the barrel in a way a conventional moving‑slide pistol can't match -- a real mechanical reason this line has built its accuracy reputation. The Target model backs that up with a blued carbon steel bull barrel, a partridge front sight and fully adjustable target rear sight, and a CNC‑machined aluminum grip frame with the extra weight that actually helps steady your hold. Ruger's one‑button takedown makes cleaning genuinely simple instead of a chore, on a pistol built to put a whole magazine into one ragged hole.
