The Process
- Submit Your Information
Bring or send us the details of your NFA item and the dealer/individual it’s transferring
from. We’ll confirm everything’s in order before starting your paperwork. - EFT Fingerprints & Photos
Complete Electronic Fingerprint Transmission (EFT) fingerprinting and provide ATF-compliant
photos in-store. We handle the submission for you. - Form 4 Filed
We file your ATF Form 4 electronically and monitor its status through approval. - Approval & Pickup
Once ATF approves your transfer, we’ll contact you to schedule pickup. Bring valid ID and
any required documentation.
Current Wait Time
Current estimated Form 4 processing time: less than 1 week. Wait times can
change based on ATF’s current processing volume — we’ll update this as it does. Contact us
directly for the most current estimate on your specific transfer.
