The DDM4 MK12 recreates the exact SPR (Special Purpose Rifle) configuration Daniel Defense built for USSOCOM -- an 18‑inch stainless barrel with the chamber cut during cold hammer forging for genuine precision, a 12‑inch free‑floating Picatinny quad rail, and a Geissele SSA two‑stage trigger for a crisp, repeatable break. The MK12 gas block is built to Crane/NSWC specifications, the exact standard the original military rifle used, and the ambidextrous GRIP‑N‑RIP charging handle rounds out a rifle built for genuine designated‑marksman accuracy at distances a standard carbine wasn't built to reach.
