Thompson/Center | Prohunter Katahdin Barrel | 300 AAC Blackout | Stainless Steel

Thompson/Center's break‑open interchangeable‑barrel system means one frame can run rifle, pistol, shotgun, or muzzleloader barrels across a huge range of calibers and gauges -- swap the barrel with no gunsmithing or special tools, and the design is genuinely foolproof, since it simply won't close if the barrel isn't seated correctly. The Katahdin configuration pairs a 20‑inch heavy‑fluted stainless barrel with genuine adjustable peep and fiber‑optic sights already installed, built specifically for the shorter‑range, brush‑country hunting the name references rather than an open‑country long barrel. Every barrel is factory test‑fired at 100 yards for verified accuracy and comes drilled and tapped for a scope if you'd rather run one instead of the irons.
