If you name another dealer, we ship the firearm there, and you finish Form 4473, the background check, and any dealer fees on their end. What ships where

  • Complete firearms — dealer to dealer. Name the receiving FFL at checkout. We do not ship complete firearms to a home address.
  • Accessories — optics, Magpul, cases, foam, and most non‑firearm items generally ship to your address when product and destination rules allow.
  • NFA items: suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs now transfer like any other firearm, with Form 4473 and a background check through an FFL, where state and local law allow. Machine guns and destructive devices are still fully regulated under the NFA. Read NFA Transfers before you order.

How an Avon or Indy order works

  1. Shop the catalog.
  2. If the cart has a complete firearm, name a receiving FFL that accepts online transfers. Confirm with that shop before you pay. Ask them their transfer fee. We do not invent other dealers’ fees here.
  3. Place the order. You get a confirmation email right away.
  4. Accessories ship to you when allowed. Complete firearms ship to the FFL you named.
  5. Your dealer contacts you, runs Form 4473 and the background check, then releases the firearm with the ID they require.
