Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Wulfy’s Armory fulfills orders from wulfysarmory.com. It matches what our FAQ already says about FFL transfers, accessories, and NFA items — written out in one place so checkout is clearer.

Order confirmation
You’ll get an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. That email is your receipt. If anything looks wrong — especially the FFL you selected for a firearm — reply to that email or contact us right away.
How different products ship
Complete firearms
Any complete firearm ordered through this site must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, per federal law. At checkout you provide the FFL you’d like your firearm shipped to. We ship the firearm to that dealer — not to your home. Your dealer runs the required background check (ATF Form 4473) before releasing the firearm to you in person.
Before you order, confirm your FFL will accept transfers from us and ask what transfer fee they charge. You’re responsible for that dealer’s fees and for completing paperwork on their end. Delivery timing for firearms depends on our ship date and how quickly your chosen FFL processes the transfer after the package arrives.
Accessories and non‑firearm items
Optics, parts, magazines, cases, foam inserts, apparel‑style accessories, and most other non‑firearm items generally ship straight to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Carrier options and costs are shown at checkout when available. Some products may have size, hazmat, or destination restrictions — we’ll follow those rules.
Ammunition and restricted items
Ammunition and certain restricted accessories are subject to federal, state, and carrier rules. Where those rules require adult signature, ID, or shipment only to eligible destinations, we follow them. If an item cannot legally ship to your address or state, we will contact you to adjust or cancel that portion of the order.
NFA items (suppressors and other Title II)
NFA items are defined under the National Firearms Act. As of October 9, 2026, ATF no longer requires approval, an ATF Form 4, or a tax stamp to transfer suppressors, short‑barreled rifles, short‑barreled shotguns, and AOWs. They must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee and transfer like any other firearm, with an ATF Form 4473 and a background check, where state and local law allow. Machine guns and destructive devices are still fully regulated under the NFA.
If you are using Wulfy’s Armory as your receiving FFL, see our NFA Transfers page for the steps (information, receipt, Form 4473 and background check, and pickup). If another FFL is receiving the item, you provide that dealer’s information at checkout or in order notes as instructed. Contact us before you order if you’re unsure which path applies.
Processing and delivery timing
Most in‑stock items ship within a few business days of your order. Exact timing can vary by item, stock location, payment clearance, and — for complete firearms and NFA items — dealer readiness and ATF timelines where applicable. Backordered or special‑order items ship when available; we’ll communicate if something is delayed.
Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and address issues can add days. Tracking is provided when the carrier issues it.
Shipping addresses and FFL information
Provide a complete, accurate shipping address for accessories. For firearms and NFA items, provide accurate receiving dealer information (name, license where requested, address, and contact). We may hold shipment until FFL details are verified. Incorrect information can delay or return a package — contact us immediately if you need to change the receiving dealer before we ship.
Shipping costs
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the items, destination, and available methods. Oversized, heavy, or regulated shipments may cost more. Firearm and NFA shipments may use signature‑required or adult‑signature services where appropriate.
Damaged or lost packages
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents before discarding anything, then contact us promptly with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you (or your FFL) did not receive it, contact us and the carrier so we can investigate. Firearm and NFA shipments involve licensed dealers — start with your receiving FFL and us together so the paper trail stays clean.
International shipping
We focus on U.S. fulfillment consistent with federal firearms law. International orders are not assumed available; contact us before ordering if you believe a non‑firearm accessory might qualify for outbound shipping under applicable export rules. We do not ship firearms or NFA items internationally through this storefront.
