- This item is a firearm under federal law and must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). It transfers like any other firearm, with an ATF Form 4473 and a background check through the FFL, where state and local law allow. Some states ban or restrict this item. Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, possession, and transport of this item.
The DDM4 ISR integrates a suppressor directly into a fluted, 9‑inch cold‑hammer‑forged .300 Blackout barrel, extending the overall barrel length to the NFA‑required 16 inches so the rifle is regulated only as a suppressor rather than being classified as an SBR. The integral suppressor's outer tube uses a heat‑resistant metal alloy with high‑temp Cerakote, and the MFR XL 15.0 handguard gives a continuous top rail plus KeyMod attachment for real accessory flexibility. A genuinely purpose‑built, factory‑integrated suppressed rifle rather than a standard carbine with a can bolted on.
