The CT5P Patrol is built from Haynes 282 superalloy using additive manufacturing, with a patent‑pending Compact Triskelion baffle design paired to Dead Air's Gas Management System -- the combination that gets a full‑auto‑rated, SOCOM SURG‑tested 5.56/6mm ARC suppressor down to just 13.7 ounces and 5.49 inches. That gas management substantially cuts backpressure, bolt velocity changes, and the toxic fume exposure shooters actually breathe on both direct‑impingement and piston hosts, not just the sound signature. Rated for 2,200+ ft‑lbs of energy with no barrel length restriction and available in direct‑thread, Xeno, or KeyMo mounting -- a genuinely duty‑grade patrol suppressor built to survive sustained fire, not just range use.
